HOW CAN I ORDER?
Placing your order at bstudio.gr is easy.
1. You can browse through our products, by choosing category on the e-shop menu, in order to find what you want. You can also type some relative keywords in the search bar at the top right of the page.
2. When you discover a product that you wish to buy, you can choose the desired size and click on “Add to Basket” button. You can continue shopping until your cart is complete.
3. Check the products in your Basket by clicking on “View Basket” at the top right of the page. You can delete products from your basket, change quantity and size.
4. When you are ready to make your order, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. You can choose to pay with cash on delivery (available only for Greece), credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN PRODUCT PRICES?
All product prices that you see are VAT inclusive.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
For orders within Greece, shipping is FREE for orders over 80€, while shipping cost is 4,5€ for orders less than 40€.
For orders within Cyprus, the shipping cost is 25€. For orders over 150€, shipping is FREE, regardless of volume and weight.
For all other countries, the shipping cost is 15€, regardless of volume and weight.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are processed within the day and delivered to the courier service the next working day, as long as the order is placed before 13:00 GMT+2.
Orders within the Attica region are shipped by GenikiTaxudromiki courier service and delivered to you within 1-5 working days. Orders in the rest of Greece are shipped by GenikiTaxudromiki courier service and delivered to you within 3-5 working days (excluding inaccessible areas, where delivery might take up to 5-8 days).
Orders in Cyprus are shipped by GenikiTaxudromiki courier service and delivered within 5-8 working days.
Please note that you will receive an e-mail and SMS with your tracking number.
Orders in the rest of Europe are delivered within 5-8 working days, while orders in all other countries are delivered within 6-11 working days.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You may return the product shipped within 14 calendar days from the day that your order is available for receipt, and request a replacement in another size or another product.
The customer is charged with return and replacement delivery fees, as well as bank transfer fees, in case of transfer to a different bank.
In case you wish to receive a refund, you will be charged with the bank fees. The deposit will be made within 7 working days after we receive the product and make all quality checks.
In case of faulty or incorrect item, bstudio.gr is charged with the delivery fees.
GREECE – CYPRUS
You may return the product shipped within 14 calendar days from the day that your order is available for receipt at your local GenikiTaxudromiki courier store, and request a replacement in another size or another product.
The return procedure is very simple.
First, you need to fill in the return form that you will find along with the products you receive, and include it back in the package. Don’t forget to include the receipt note as well.
You can contact your local GenikiTaxudromikistore and make your return with charge to recipient, or ask them to pick the items from your address.
You will be asked to pay to return fee to the GenikiTaxudromiki courier representative when you receive the replacement order, which will be processed after we have received and completed the quality check to the returned items from your initial order.
In case you wish to receive a refund, you can fill in the desired bank, name of the holder and bank account number on the return form. Please note that it will take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.
In case of transfer to a different bank, the sender is charged with the transfer fees.
The return fee will be deducted from the total amount of your return.
Please note that the return fee is valid only in the case that you choose to make your return via GenikiTaxudromikicourier. You may also make your return via any other courier service, taking into consideration that different charges and terms may apply.

• Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the day that your order is available for receipt. Returned products will not be accepted once the time limit has expired.
• Products must be returned in an excellent condition, and the receipt note must be included in the package. Returned products that seem worn, stained and/or damaged will not be accepted.
• Swimwear and lingerie which are being returned without a hygienic liner and/or in a damaged package will not be accepted. Earringsare non-returnable, forhealthreasons.
• Until returned products have been received, customers should take any necessary measures to ensure they are returned in an excellent condition.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases.
a) Before order shipment: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after you have placed it, by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are doing our best to ensure that all customers receive their order as soon as possible; therefore all orders are being processed within the day.
b) After order shipment: You can return your order within 14 calendar days from the day that your order is available for receipt. In this case, a refund will appear back in your account within 7 working days, as long as all necessary conditions for the right of return / replacement apply.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
In case you forget your password, you will automatically be asked to provide your email, so that a new password is sent to you. After you login with the new password, you can change it again with another password of your choice.
In any case, you do not have to create a new account. By creating a new account, you will lose the history of your previous orders and you will be listed in our database as a new subscriber.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
When you place your order, you will receive an email which will inform you that your order has been registered. This email indicates that your order has reached our system and will be processed as soon as possible.
