The Company’s primary concern is to set out the conditions governing the rights and obligations of bstudio.gr for all those visiting our website in order to inform them of their rights and obligations and in order to help them with the search and acquisition of products they wish to buy from the store.
Before initiating any transaction with us, you will be required to communicate some of your personal data to us. When you place an order, you will be asked to give your full name, the address the products sold will be sent to, the number of your fixed phone (or any other phone more convenient for you), your e-mail address, etc., and, if you choose to pay by credit card, the number and the date of expiry of your card.
Bstudio.gr, strictly following the principles of data protection provided under national laws and international conventions, will not engage in any unlawful use of data or any use without prior approval from you. Bstudio.gr will in no way disclose, publish, sell or exchange your personal data and information entrusted to us. The Company may, exceptionally, disclose your personal data, if required by a public authority, court, etc., but it will always follow the correct procedures when doing so.
Bstudio.gr reserves the right to provide their suppliers with sales statistics; however, these statistics will not contain any personal information that could lead to the identification of individuals.
Moreover, you always have the possibility to change the personal information you have provided or to restrict or cancel the use of some of these elements (e.g. the number of your credit card) by completing the appropriate form.
Prices shown in the lists next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while bstudio.gr reserves the right to adjust prices.
For some areas of Greece to which reduced rates of VAT apply, if your order is made by invoice, the prices will be lower than indicated because of the reduced VAT.
Availability of all the products contained in the lists of bstudio.gr is shown clearly, so you can easily see before you place your order which of our products are available in our warehouse for immediate delivery, which products are not directly available but are expected to be delivered by our suppliers by a specified date and, lastly, which products are not available, although we expect information from our suppliers on the exact date of their delivery. Nevertheless you can send us your order even for products not available in our warehouse and we will contact you by e-mail and/or telephone within a reasonable time to inform you of the probable date of receipt of the product from the supplier and of the subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you can, if you consider this waiting period to be too long, cancel your order.
In any case it must be clear that the above delivery time of your order depends on the availability of products in our warehouse.
In addition we give you the opportunity to choose, where there are different delivery dates, whether you wish to receive all the products together, at a delivery point on the latest date, or to receive a separate delivery every time a product becomes available.
2. FORCE MAJEURE
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you via e-mail, so that you can inform us if you wish, under these circumstances, your order to be completed.
Bstudio.gr cannot be made liable for defects or poor quality of products available to customers. All products are received in the packaging provided for by the suppliers. However, in case of proven defects, the Company will bear the costs of repair and delivery.
Bstudio.gr will not be responsible if attacked by hackers to steal users’ personal information, but even in that event credit card users are protected, since the system does not store the CVV code of the cards.
Bstudio.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of sale.
5. APPLICABLE LAW
All transactions made through bstudio.gr are governed by the rules of international and European law concerning electronic commerce as well as by the Greek Law on Consumer Protection (Law No 2251/1994), governing issues related to distance selling.
